No measurements in this recipe today … just a random, carefree, ‘lucky’ combination of:
– (mainly) banana
– a decent dollop of natural yoghurt
– a good shake of cinnamon
– a touch of milk
– a spot of vanilla ice-cream
… all blended up and popped into the freezer in little ice cream molds.

Of course, the easiest fruity ice cream is simply a whole ripe banana in the freezer, but this was delicious!
