Absolutely. KidsPlaySpace is completely free for parents. You can browse venues, read reviews, save favourites, and get directions without ever paying a cent. Our revenue comes from optional premium listings for venue owners.

Venue ratings are based on verified parent reviews. We use a weighted average that accounts for the number of reviews, recency, and consistency. All reviews are moderated to ensure they are genuine and helpful.

Yes! If you know a great play space that is not yet on KidsPlaySpace, you can submit it through our Add Venue page. We will verify the details and add it to the directory, usually within 48 hours.

Listing your venue is free and takes just a few minutes. Visit our List Your Venue page, fill in your venue details including location, categories, age ranges, amenities, and photos. Once submitted, our team will review and publish your listing.

Featured listings appear at the top of search results, include a highlighted badge, and receive priority placement on area and category pages. Featured venues also get access to analytics showing how many parents viewed and clicked on their listing.

If you are a verified venue owner, log in to your dashboard to update your details at any time. You can change your description, photos, opening hours, pricing, and amenities. Changes are reflected immediately.
