Best Trampoline Parks in Sydney
Our kids are trampoline park obsessed, and at this point we've been to every major venue in Sydney multiple times. Here's what we've learned: book 2 hours, not 1. Every single time we've booked a 1-hour session, the kids have begged to stay longer, and extending on the spot costs more than booking the longer session upfront. Don't make our mistake.
BOUNCE at Homebush is probably the best all-rounder — 50+ trampolines, the X-Park ninja course, and the Cliff Jump into a foam pit that even the adults can't resist. Dodgeball is always our kids' favourite part and it's where they end up making friends with random other kids. Grip socks are mandatory ($4 to buy, or bring your own from last time). The cafe is decent with gluten-free options and genuinely good coffee, which is rare at these places. Skip weekends if you can — popular sessions book out fast.
Sky Zone in Alexandria is quieter than BOUNCE, which we actually prefer sometimes. Pro tip: park on Doody Street for free instead of fighting for spots at the door. If you've got a child under 5, book their "Little Leapers" session specifically — it's designed just for little ones with a calmer vibe and age-appropriate equipment.
Flip Out Penrith is the Western Sydney pick — the ninja course is the main draw and it's included in entry, no extra charge. They're under new ownership and it's noticeably improved. Ultimate Sydney in Northmead has 60+ trampolines and is one of the biggest bounce venues in the country — bring water bottles and dress the kids in light clothing as it's an active workout. Area 51 in Castle Hill is the newest option — 4,000sqm with a Snow World zone that's a unique experience, though Snow World is an extra $25 on top of entry for just 25 minutes.
